County Board

BOARD MEMBERS

Our Board is comprised of seven members of the community. Five members are appointed by the Trumbull County Commissioners and two are appointed by the Trumbull County Probate Judge. Board members are eligible to serve three consecutive four-year terms. Officers (President, Vice-President, and Secretary) are elected annually at the Organizational meeting held in January. The law requires that at least three Board members are family members of individuals who either receive, or are eligible to receive, services from the Board. All Board members serve on a voluntary basis with no compensation for their service.

  • Jodi Glaser, Board President

    Ms. Glaser was appointed to our board by the Trumbull County Probate Judge in 2020. She replaces an unexpired term of a previous board member which ends in 2023. Ms. Glaser is Chair of the Policy/Program Committee and is a member of the Building/Grounds/ Maintenance Committee.

  • Mauro DiVieste, Board Vice President

    Mr. DiVieste was appointed to our Board by the Trumbull County Commissioners in 2020, filling an unexpired term of a previous board member. He is currently serving his first four-year term which ends in 2024. Mr. DiVieste is a member of the Board’s Ethics Committee and is also Chair of the Finance Committee.

  • Kimberly Hynes, Secretary

    Ms. Hynes was appointed by the Trumbull County Commissioners in 2022. Her first four-year term ended in 2025. Her second term will end in 2029. Ms. Hynes is a member of the Board’s Policy/Program, Building/Grounds/ Maintenance, and Ethics Committees.

  • Melissa Baker, Board Member

    Ms. Baker was appointed by the Trumbull County Commissioners in 2025, This, her firest four-year term, ends in 2028. Ms. Baker is the first person with lived experience to become a member of our Board. She is also a member of the Board's Personnel Commitee.

  • Larry Larson, Board Member

    Mr. Larson was appointed to our Board by the Trumbull County Commissioners in 2015, filling an unexpired term of previous board member. He is currently serving his second four-year term which ends in 2024. Mr. Larson is a member of the Board’s Finance and Program/Policy Committees and Chair of the Building/Grounds/Maintenance Committee.

  • Tim Calderone, Board Member

    Tim Calderone was appointed by the Trumbull County Probate Judge in July 2025.  He replaced an unexpired term of a previous board member which ends in 2027.  Mr. Calderone is on the Finance Committee and is chair of the Personnel Committee.
